Minutes of the Executive Board General Meeting 9/5

1. Purpose of the Meeting

The Executive Board convened to finalize the 2-year strategic plan for the TECN Alumni Association, focusing on governance, committee structure, and meeting schedules to ensure effective coordination and performance tracking.

2. Decisions on Meeting Structure

• Executive Board Meetings: Held monthly to review overall association progress and strategic initiatives.
• Team-Level Meetings: Held every two weeks to discuss operational matters and ongoing activities. Monthly Executive Board meetings will be skipped during these weeks.
• Performance and Activity Review: Conducted every six months to evaluate progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.

4. Next Steps

• Each committee will circulate detailed action plans for their respective areas.
• Committee heads are responsible for reporting progress in bi-weekly team-level meetings and monthly Executive Board meetings.
• The Executive Board will conduct a performance and activity review every six months to ensure alignment with the 2-year strategic goals.
