📋 Agenda & Decisions

Membership Collection
Membership Drive Months are declared as October, November, and December. From January onward, Lifetime Membership will be limited to General Members — meaning to apply for Lifetime Membership, one must first be a General Member.
- General Membership Fee: 500 BDT
- Lifetime Membership (from January): 5,000 BDT (including prior general membership)
  Membership drive to begin soon, coordinated by elected batch representatives on the Executive Board. This is essential for corporate engagement and to support initiatives in career development and campus branding.
Alumni Directory
Alumni data collection to run in parallel with membership collection.
Campus Day / Hall Day
To be discussed further with the Event & Literature Team in a separate session.
Bank Account Opening & Registration
Alumni registration required to open a bank account.
Task Assigned: Tameem (8th Batch).
Due to regulations, “Association” cannot be used; proposed new name: TECN Alumni.
ATEB Panel Selection (5)
The process remains open. A dedicated meeting will be arranged to propose and finalize names.
IT Advisor Appointments (3)
✅ Confirmed: Md. Abdulla–Al Maruf Rayhan (11th Batch).
Two positions remain open.
🎨 Fahad Monsur Emon (13th Batch), Ex-President of Art & Photography Club, will support the IT Team, Media Team, and media-related campus clubs.
New Committee Formation
A committee for Women Empowerment and Child Development will be created. Openings will be published in the group.
Foreign Alumni Engagement
After alumni database collection, initiatives will be taken to involve foreign alumni.
Resignation
The following Board Members have resigned. They were offered an opportunity to discuss their resignation in a Board meeting but did not attend. The Board has accepted their resignation, believing that volunteer work cannot be forced:
- M. Kamrul Hasan Selim
- Md. Shafiel Mujne Bin (Nayan)
- Hasibur Rahman Sajol
Their positions are now open. Interested alumni from the respective batch may apply for replacement by 30th September on a first-come, first-served basis.
