TECN Alumni Association (TECNAA) aims to unite the alumni of Textile Engineering College Noakhali (TECN), foster strong engagement, and promote the growth and reputation of the institution. The association works to strengthen alumni networks, encourage meaningful connections, and maintain close communication among members for the benefit of both alumni and TECN.

Established in 2017 with the participation of 98.8% of registered alumni, TECNAA received official recognition from TECN. Its constitution and bylaws were unanimously approved through a referendum held on March 26, 2017, with 100% of votes in favor.
